My products arrived open (busted open.) The products were all in the package, so sadly I wasn’t able to try my products. They arrived in a regular brown envelope (not padded or bubble wrapped.) It is a shame, because I was looking forward to using them.

The cleanser and moisturizer didn't work for me unfortunately.

The sample pack was a great way to try out the product range. Each packet had enough product for at least a few uses. I appreciate being able to test for my skin's reaction before buying a large container of skincare, so this was perfect.

The cream is nice and thick without Boeing greasy. It seems great for eczema prone skin like mine. It was nice to be able to try a sample first.

Appreciate the chance to try samples before purchasing full size. I have very sensitive skin and do not like anything with oils. Like the cleanser a lot. I found the lotion to be thicker than I prefer, and the cream was even thicker...almost too thick to spread evenly & easily. Will admit the products were gentle and made my skin feel very soft, even though I found them heavy. Also love there is no scent. Would recommend to those with very dry, sensitive skin. Not sure if I will purchase any full size products.
